My approach

I’m a Registered Nurse and Health Coach with a passion for disease prevention and lifestyle medicine. I work with people who want to make positive changes, like building healthy routines or breaking unhelpful habits, but feel stuck or overwhelmed about where to start.


My goal is empowering you to take ownership of your health. We will work together to build self-awareness, explore what’s been getting in your way and identify your own strengths and skills. Change will feel possible and sustainable as we fill the gaps between where you are now and where you aspire to be.


Combining the clinical knowledge of a nurse with the forward-focused support of a health coach, I offer a holistic solution that is both evidence-based and deeply personalised. It’s not about quick fixes, It’s about helping you create lasting change that feels right for you.

I am particularly passionate about supporting clients with Chronic disease management and prevention and newly diagnosed clients. I support clients in the following ways:

* Taking the time to truly listen

* Provide education and clear up confusion

* Ensure clients understand the plan of care and ensure adherence to treatment plan

* Bridge the gap between practitioners recommendations and carrying them out

* Act as the clients advocate and personal cheerleader

* Promote self-management

What your first session will look like

In your first session we will discuss the reasons you require a health coach, what your health concerns are and explore barriers. We will also develop a health vision and set some realistic, sustainable goals.

Between sessions I will provide the support you require and regularly check in.

  • Initial consult

    Foundation coaching session discussing client’s health concerns, exploring barriers and creating a plan (45 mins)

  • Follow up

    Reviewing previous sessions goals and making necessary changes. Providing education where required or if requested (30mins)
